~Tweet Tweet~

Happy Monday Everyone! Gary and I had a wonderful weekend. Mom made her (family famous) St. Patrick's Day corn beef and cabbage dinner including her homemade soda bread. It was beyond delicious! We had a great time eating and talking..our family loves to eat!.
Even though we had rain all weekend Gary and I ventured out to the cutest town only about 10 miles away from us called Oakdale. Oakdale is full of antique stores and one of my favorite lighting stores called Northern Lights. While browsing a little bird called out to me tweet..tweet..tweet HEY YOU! take me home and so, being the good girl I am, I did what the little birdy told me to do. Can you find the little birdy?

Photo of the white chandelier that now is hanging in my bedroom setting room.
The new chandelier is back iron and hangs from forged hooks. I love the red berries so much.
Another photo of the white chandelier now in our bedroom.

Aw there's the little birdy he is perched high on the branch. How darn cute is he.
A closer look at tweety, I fell in love with this chandelier and when the little birdy called out to me to take him home, well he just stole my heart. I told him no pooping on the kitchen table..LOL

I love how fun and whimsical this chandelier is and you all know how much I love happy colors. The red berries and the red hats just called my name.

It's almost like the little guy is hiding, but you can see his silhouette. He just makes me smile!

I hope the birdy likes the smell of the lavender..I know I sure do.

Hope you all have the best week ever.

  25. What an adorable light fixture!
I have had mine for years..and will probably have it a few more years..but think of painting it from time to time. But won't.
The whole room looks so fresh and neat and ready for Spring!
The berries and little birdies on it are the cutest things!
I have a metal pitch something like yours except it is yellow and has a leaf embossed on it.
So...where are your Easter bunnies? Hmmmm? :)
Hugs..but before I go I want to thank you so very much for your sweet and understanding comment on the loss of my daughters home. She lived there for 14 years. It was more than half paid for. She is doing well..not great, but coping! She even smiled today..I could hear it in her voice.
