~Shampoo Alert~

Shampoo alert!
As I was conditioning my hair in the shower this morning, I took time to read my shampoo bottle.  I am in shock!  The shampoo I use in the shower that runs down my entire body says "for extra volume and body"!  Seriously, why have I not noticed this before?  Now I understand why I am so "full-figured"!
Tomorrow I am going to start using "Dawn" dish soap.  It says right on the label "dissolves fat that is otherwise difficult to remove."
It pays to read the warning labels, my friends!

Happy Monday!  Love you All!

  19. Dearest Elizabeth and Gary,
Well, it pays to read the labels for other reasons as well. There are also dangerous ingredients in some products! http://bit.ly/ALiZ7
Check this site! We have to fight for our own health ourselves as they don't reveal things that can cause cancer and other toxics. Especially for babies and little ones. A must read I should say.
Your story was hilarious but there are other, serious issues...

    Lots of love,

    Mariette

  32. HAHAHAHAHHAH I love this!

    Now...about WW~

I'm NOT gaining my weight back. Tooo hard to get off. This is about my health and not my body (even though I like it much better thinner). After seeing my BIL have a stroke at 51 (two years ago on 6/13) and what it did to his life and my sister's life (he's paralyzed), I said NO WAY! WAKE UP GIRL! THE TIME TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE IS NOW! And even tho it too me a bit to get it right in my head, that is exactly what I did!
