~Rock-A-Bye Plaid Afghan~

After many months, OK a lot of months, and they say "Elephants never Forget" LOL well I did. I am finally posting the pattern that many of you asked for, the sweet "Rock-A-Bye Plaid Afghan.  I made mine of course in white and red. The pattern shows it in baby blue and white.
A closer look at the trim..You can click to enlarge photos.  The afghan measures 33"x45" a very nice size to throw over  your comfy chair. Or as its shown below in the photo as a baby afghan.

Click to enlarge pattern. I am very sorry it has taken me so so long to post. Have fun crocheting! Remember our Motto " Busy Hands are Happy Hands", keep creating!
Have a sweet day my friends.

So very pretty - stitching the red (or blue) lines on after - good impact. Thanks for including the instructions.

That is an adorable afghan! Be careful, with it being red and white, a certain "B" friend of ours may come and whisk it away.

I started to learn to crochet years ago and would like to take it up again. I still have a project to finish. Crocheting is a lot more portable than knitting! My project was just shell stitch and I loved working on it. I don't know why I didn't finish it. Do you teach? :)

OO, how pretty! Now I need to learn how to crochet...
