~Blog Interupted~

Laying on the couch and thinking what shall I do......
How can a blogging girl blog without her camera...
Ho Hum....My camera has been set to Canada for repair and  it won't be back for six weeks....
I was starring at the walls and then it came to me...I'll ask my blogging friends...What would you do?
I had so many fun photos to share with you and could not down load any of them.
Ho Hummmmmm...............whats a blogging girl to do......

Is there nothing in your archiv which only waits to be shown to your friends? :) LG Tina

I think I would get a point and shoot backup for now. Nothing too expensive. At least you could still post some pics.
Good luck :)

I would look for all those cute graphics that would perfectly illustrate my points or I'd allow my words to paint pictures. Ahhh, that's less likely. I would invest in a simple camera or ask to borrow one. Hmmm, that might not work out either.

Just hoping that you don't stop blogging for six weeks. Six? That's a long time.

Does your phone take pictures?

Borrow a camera and shoot enough pix for 6 weeks. Snag pretty photos from the internet. Use some old ones you have posted looooong ago as people forget them or new peeps haven't seen them. There are several things you could do, sweetpea!! I do understand what you mean though. If you want to borrow any of mine I'd be happy to send some to you. I'll get some roses in the yard for you. Just let me know.

Connie

I got mad at my camera on a trip and bought a $60 Kodak and hey, it isn't the best but it works!
My girlfriend would love to have your boxer come play with hers..Jake and Jackie!

Love the boxer pup lounging on the sofa! Too cute!

All of the above suggestions sound good - archives, camera phone, inexpensive point & shoot... I have had to use my cell phone on occasion and, although the pictures may not be the best, they are better than nothing.

Oh Elizabeth,
I cannot think of having no camera for 6 weeks :(((
I think I'd borrow one and take some pictures, enough for 5-6 posts... And you can mix some old photos from your archive too...
Thank you for your adorable comment, you always make my heart smile!!
Love to you,
Monica xo

Oh dear. That would feel like losing an arm. I bet you have lots of unused photos in your archives. You could do a series of 'why I didn't use this photo' ;-)

We have important meds ordered for my MIL because it is back ordered indefinitely in the US. And......now Canada is having a mail strike!!!!! Don't know what we are going to do!

I'd go crazy without my camera...I forgot it one day on a day out with my sister and had to borrow one from her...how about a camera phone...would that work...or use some old photos...we won't tell!

Good suggestions from all.I like the phone idea the best. A point and shoot isn't bad either, that's
where all our pictures come from.

Good Luck!

PS Love the dog!!!

I think you could use some old pictures and comment about them or how about recycling old posts that are still pertinent (like summer flower pictures?)

If you do one post a week, you would need 6 different posts to do before your camera arrives. That's not so many. :)

My thought was like others. Do you have any photos in your archives that you could make a post from?

Sorry to hear about your camera breaking down. It's a big deal when you're a blogger, but look at it as a vacation ;-) Your pup is so cute there sitting on your couch. Thanks for stopping by, and your blog and home is beautiful!

Oh no! I am lost if I forget my camera for one day. I can't imagine being without it for 6 weeks. I agree with some of the comments. I think you can get a one time use one for around 20.00 at Walmart. Don't stop posting. I would miss you too much.

Even when my camera is working and I'm at a loss as to what to blog about I've gone into my archives and used photos taken before and written something. Don't think anyone knows!

Six weeks?! Oh my goodness, that's a long time for a blogger to go without a camera. Well, what about a phone camera, do you have one of those? Hang in there my friend :-) Sending you a great big hug.

Much love,
♥Ana

Our camera's really are a big part of our blogging, aren't they? The only camera I have is a little point and shoot, but it takes "okay" photos. I know you can pick these up pretty inexpensively, or like others suggested, archives :)
Blessings,
Marcia
